Think a result is wrong?
Every calculator page shows its formula and a worked example, so the quickest check is to run your own numbers through that formula. If they still disagree, send:
- the calculator's address (for example /finance/mortgage)
- every value you entered, including the ones you left at their defaults
- the result you got and the result you expected, and where the expected figure came from (a bank quote, a payslip, another tool)
Please don't send account numbers or other personal financial details — the inputs alone are enough to reproduce a calculation.
